Crowdfunding-style pre-orders

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

3. Orders and Payments

All purchases are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping.

We reserve the right to:

Limit order quantities
Cancel or refuse any order for any reason

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Pre-orders and Estimated Delivery

Pre-order timelines are best estimates. Fulfillment may be delayed due to production, supply chain, or shipping challenges beyond our control.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if not yet fulfilled.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible products within 15 days of delivery for a full product refund, excluding shipping, duties, and fees. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

6. Limited Warranty and Repairs

We offer a 90-day limited warranty on all products against manufacturing defects.
We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage due to:

Misuse, abuse, or accidents
Use outside of intended purpose
Cleaning methods not recommended (e.g., dishwasher)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, logos, designs, and product names, is the property of Repertoire Coffee Products Inc. or its licensors.

Commercial use, copying, or distribution without permission is prohibited.
You may share content for non-commercial purposes with clear credit and a link to our website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

By purchasing and using the IRIS coffee grounds shaker (the “Product”), you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for its proper use and assume all risks associated with its handling, operation, and maintenance.

Repertoire Coffee Products disclaims all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from:

Use of the Product in a manner not in accordance with its intended purpose,
Any modifications or unauthorized alterations to the Product,
Improper cleaning, storage, or maintenance,
Failure to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations provided by Repertoire Coffee Products.

You understand that while the IRIS product is designed for safe use with coffee grounds, misuse or careless handling (including sharp edges, pinch points, or use with incompatible substances or tools) may result in personal injury or damage to property. Use of the Product is entirely at your own risk.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
